Your therapist will take the time to understand your health concerns, perform a detailed assessment, and explain what’s happening in simple language. You’ll usually receive hands-on treatment and a clear plan moving forward.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows movement. If needed, your therapist will provide towels or gowns to ensure your modesty and comfort.

Yes. We accept all major private health funds and can process your rebate instantly through HICAPS at the clinic.
The amount you receive back depends on your level of cover. If you’re unsure, we recommend contacting your private health insurer directly. They can confirm your rebate amount before your appointment.
We don’t routinely bulk bill. While Medicare rebates may apply under an eligible GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), we choose not to operate a bulk-billing model.
The Medicare rebate is $61.80 per session, with a small gap fee payable on the day. This approach allows us to offer quality care through longer consultations, hands-on treatment, and individualised care delivered by experts in their field.

We understand that things can come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client on our waiting list.
Cancellations made on the same day or missed appointments without notice may incur a $25 late notice fee.
Your therapist will give you a clear plan. This may include exercises, aftercare tips, or when to return for follow-up. We also send Physitrack programs (exercise apps) or printed guides when needed.
Yes, you can. Most GP referrals are general, meaning you can choose which allied health clinic you’d like to attend. We’ll gladly accept your referral if it’s valid.
Absolutely, we’d love that! When you refer a friend or family member, you’ll receive a $10 loyalty discount to use on your next visit as our thank-you. Just ask the person you referred to mention your name when they book.
