Angela Abas (Physiotherapist)

Angela has a Masters qualification in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales.

Angela has been a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association since 2012.

Angela has worked in various Physiotherapy settings from local hospitals, private practices to sporting fields and workers compensation. The variety has given her exposure and experience with experts in the field and therefore the best management of injuries and reducing the chances of reoccurrence.

Angela has gained 4 years experience in managing acute sporting injuries having worked with elite tennis, rugby and soccer teams. She also has a passion for women’s health, including pre/post natal treatment. Angela takes the time to explain and educate her patients about their injuries and aims to set achievable goals to gain the best outcome to improve quality of life.

With her background in Exercise physiology, Angela has the tools to provide patients with evidence based management for specific/tailored exercise programs, encourage self-management and prevent future injuries. So come in with your goals and let her help you achieve them!

Angela is always keen on further developing her knowledge and attends Physiotherapy courses regularly to provide the most recent evidence based treatment for your conditions.
